How To Make Air Fryer Corn Ribs

let's start by preparing our corn ribs.

Preparing Corn Ribs

  • Remove the husks from the corn and cut both ends so they can be cut easily on the cutting board. Their flat edges will help you stand them vertically, so they will not start rolling when you cut them.

  • Next, take your sharp knife and cut the cobs into half lengthwise and then make another half from each. Now they are cut into quarters.

Seasoning Corn Ribs

  • Now it's time to infuse some flavors into the corn ribs. Take a mixing bowl and put all the seasoning in it. Whisk the seasoning so it combines properly.
  • Next, take the brush and generously coat the corn ribs from the kernel side. We will not coat the back side, just the kernel side.

  • Now carefully place the corn ribs in the air fyre basket. Don't overlap them with each other. Leave proper space for hot air circulation between them.

Air Fryer Corn Ribs

  • Cook the ribs for 14-15 minutes at 400F. There is no need to flip them during cooking. In my case, after 14 minutes, they started curling, and that was their doneness indication. Don't overcook them... they can be dry.
  • Remove corn ribs from the air fryer and serve.
Note: If you hear any popping sound before my suggested time, it also indicates their doneness. Remove them from the air fryer and serve them.
